Kettlebell-Centric is the best place to get stronger and move better in a safe, supportive and FUN environment. In order to ensure your results, we require a minimum twelve week commitment from you. In these twelve weeks you will learn what it means to be a student at Kettlebell-Centric
 

 

Instead of set-and-forget personal training, we follow up.  Like most memberships, we start with a personalized consultation that outlines how you’ll reach your goals. You’ll meet with me one-on-one and we’ll discuss where you’ve been, where you’re going, and what you need to do to get there. The difference is, at Kettlebell Centric, I’ll follow your progress closely and help you stay committed and motivated. I can guarantee that I’ll be right there when you need me to be!
 
Community, camaraderie, and friendships that you can count on. Join a big 24/7 gym and try it out (maybe you’ve done this already) and you know that you’ll go for the first week and NEVER go again. When we created Kettlebell Centric we understood that getting out the door to get to the gym was the FIRST obstacle that you need to overcome…so we created a community environment to help you get here. PLUS—we have an on-site childcare area to eliminate the most important excuse you could have.
 
A multi-disciplinary approach made-for you. Although Kettlebells and efficient movement-based exercises are the primary training approach we use, we’re capable of helping you reach a wide variety of goals using a number of basic and advanced training techniques that include Kettlebells, body weight exercises, muscular cardio, and traditional lifts.
 
Nutrition advice that doesn’t ask you to starve yourself. We don’t believe in calorie counting. Yes, food logging helps, but going to a trainer who tells you “starve yourself” and “only eat 1,000 calories per day” never works. It’s not sustainable. It’s no way to live. Meet me for your FREE consultation and we’ll work on a nutrition plan that works for you even if you love food (like I do).
 
Small group classes that keep membership affordable. Personal training can get expensive, but not at Kettlebell Centric. Our small group classes (with an 8 person class max limit) help you get individual attention in a group environment that’s more affordable than one-on-one private sessions. Private sessions are available, exclusive programs are offered, and one-on-one training may be for you…but it’s not required.
